Here are some tips on how to possibly get your Affiliate Site get accepted on Google Adwords. I'm not assuring you that this is a sure shot for you to get accepted 100%, but at least it worked for me and to many others.
1. Relevance
Make sure the landing page is relevant to your Ad.
2. Create a SITEMAP, CONTACT US, TERMS OF SERVICE and PRIVACY POLICY PAGE.
3. Advertise at least a 1 month old domain. Older may be better.
4. Create maybe 3-5 pages within your site.
5. Optimize your site (back links, keywords, meta tags) and make sure you don't have any errors on your site.
That's it. Like I said, i don't guarantee that this will work. But I also said a lot is already doing this (**they just don't want to tell you this secret).
Do not use virtual credit cards, they don't work anymore. Use a real credit card instead.
